Terms of Service
By registering for the ReCycle Open Beta, you agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms apply in addition to the community server rules. Violation of any term may result in penalties including inventory wipe, full player wipe, or permanent removal from the beta at the discretion of the administration.
1. Fair Play
You agree not to use cheats, hacks, or any third-party tools that alter gameplay. You will not modify game files or assets, exploit bugs, glitches, or out-of-map locations, engage in stream sniping, or gather live player information through calls or streams. Use of the mineral scanner through smoke or darkness is prohibited. Knowingly playing with a cheater will result in penalties up to a ban of your account.
2. Voice Chat Conduct
In-game voice chat is provided for legitimate gameplay communication such as coordinating with teammates, negotiating with other players, and general in-match interaction. You agree not to use voice chat to disrupt gameplay or gain unfair advantages. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: music blasting, soundboard spam, intentional audio disruption, harassment or abusive language directed at other players.
3. Account Responsibility
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted on your account. Sharing your account to grant another person beta access will result in removal of both parties.
4. Reporting Requirements
All player reports must include video evidence. Baseless accusations will not be acted upon. Submitting false or edited evidence may result in penalties against the reporter.
5. Invite Accountability
If a player you invited violates major rules (cheating or team coordination), all invites connected to your account may be removed from the playtest. Exception: if you report someone you invited for cheating, only they will be penalized.
6. Beta Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that the beta may contain bugs and incomplete features. Game progress, inventory, and account data may be reset at any time without notice. You grant ReCycle Frontier the right to collect and process the account data described above for the purpose of operating and securing the beta.
7. Enforcement
The administration reserves the right to apply penalties at their discretion, including but not limited to inventory wipe, full player wipe, and permanent removal from the beta. These terms may be updated at any time and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
